Responsibilities

n- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
n- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
n- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
n- Contribute to menu planning and innovation.
n- Maintain inventory and support cost control measures.
n

Requirements
n
n- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
n- At least 2-3 years of experience in same capacity in star class hotel.
n- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
n- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
