IT EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS
- IT Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of networking and system administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment
- Assist in managing company networks, email accounts, and user access
- Perform system updates, backups, and security checks
- Maintain IT asset and inventory records
- Support employees with day-to-day IT requirements
- Prepare and maintain IT-related documentation and reports
