JOB PROFILE

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared to standard and deliver to highest customer expectation
• Manage and develop all back of house kitchen staff
• Ensure workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Ensure a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Manage stocks / margins of menu items sale.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience working as a Demi Chef or Chef De Partie is compulsory
• Experience in making savory items will be adding advantage
• Demonstrated ability of leadership
• More than 6 years’ experience in the industry
