Junior Executive – Life Servicing

Job Role:

  • Scrutinize and provide recommendations for all types of endorsements and alterations.
  • Process and recommend premium refunds.
  • Recommend and approve policy revivals with medical underwriting.
  • Process surrenders payments in coordination with branch staff and ensures the timely closure of pending surrender claims.
  • Handle daily emails, job allocations, and workflow coordination.
  • Coordinate with the Call Centre and Customer Relationship Management Centre regarding all types of inquiries.
  • Maintain quality customer service standards and service benchmarks.
  • Handle customer concerns and support HDO visiting customers when required.
  • Timely clear scheduled screening alerts related to sanction screening.
  • Prepare surrender payment reports accurately and on time.

Job Pre-requisites:

  • Successfully completed GCE A/L examination.
  • Professional insurance qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the life insurance sector.
  • Sound knowledge of insurance operations.
  • Experience in Life Underwriting or Life Claims will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
