ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) with credit passes (mandatory)
- Diploma or Certificate in Public Relations, Communication, Customer Care, or Healthcare Administration will be an added advantage
- Fluency in Sinhala and English; Tamil proficiency will be a distinct advantage
EXPERIENCE
- 0-2 years' experience in customer service, front office, or hospital/healthcare environments
- Internship or prior exposure to hospitality, healthcare, or service industries will be considered an advantage
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with a pleasant and confident personality
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, hospital information systems)
- Knowledge of hospital services, departments, and procedures
- Ability to assist patients with admissions and related coordination
