ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) with credit passes (mandatory)
  • Diploma or Certificate in Public Relations, Communication, Customer Care, or Healthcare Administration will be an added advantage
  • Fluency in Sinhala and English; Tamil proficiency will be a distinct advantage

EXPERIENCE

  • 0-2 years' experience in customer service, front office, or hospital/healthcare environments
  • Internship or prior exposure to hospitality, healthcare, or service industries will be considered an advantage

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance with a pleasant and confident personality
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, hospital information systems)
  • Knowledge of hospital services, departments, and procedures
  • Ability to assist patients with admissions and related coordination
