Senior Manager - eBusiness Development

The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology or Business Administration from a recognized institute. A minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, is essential to perform this role. Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and organizational skills along with tech-savviness are key attributes and competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Optimizing distribution channels to achieve online sales targets, maximize revenue opportunities, and enhance overall channel performance
• Liaising with all hotels to manage reservations, rates, inventory, activities, events etc.
• Conducting competitor analyses to identify market trends and growth opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective distribution/campaign strategies
• Preparing weekly/monthly sales reports while ensuring data integrity
