CLOUD ENGINEER - MICROSOFT 365 (MWP)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessment of customer Microsoft 365 tenants to identify gaps, risks and optimization areas.
- Deploy and configure Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and related services.
- Implement and manage Intune for endpoint compliance, security and application deployment.
- Configure Azure AD Connect, user synchronization and access management.
- Provide technical support, incident resolution and change management for customer environments.
- Maintain proper documentation for configurations, incidents and change history.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 deployment and support.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and data protection.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation ability.
- Candidates should be certified in MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals), MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), and MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator).
