Merchandisers
- Product Development
- Coordinate development of new styles from sketch/tech pack to sample stage
- Understand buyer requirements, fit, construction, and quality expectations
- Work with product developers on garment feasibility
- Sampling Coordination
- Arrange proto, fit, salesman, and pre-production samples
- Track sample timelines and ensure on-time submissions
- Follow up on sample comments and revisions
- Fabric & Trim Development
- Source suitable fabrics, washes, prints, and trims
- Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs, embellishments, and approvals
- Ensure materials meet buyer specifications and compliance standards
