DBL Account Assistant

Location - Matara

We are a fast-growing company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping
  • Handle invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare basic financial reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Part qualification in Accounting (AAT / CA / CIMA or equivalent will be an added advantage)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
