Accounts Assistant – Work from Home / Fully Remote Position
Salary Range – Rs 50,000/- to 60,000/- and Allowance for Internet Reimbursement

JK Accounting & Business Associates is an accounting and business consultancy practice looking for an experienced and skilled accounting professional to join our team as a full-time Accounts Assistant.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. The selected candidate will support multiple offshore clients as their regular bookkeeper and accounts assistant.
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple client accounts, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality accounting records.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Daily account reconciliation using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, MYOB, Wave, etc.
- 2. Preparation of financial reports and statements on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- 3. Posting financial transactions promptly and accurately.
- 4. Creating and managing budgets and cash flow statements.
- 5. Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records for multiple clients.
- 6. Providing regular work updates and progress reports.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- AAT full qualification or part qualification in ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or Wave will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting for multiple clients will be preferred.

- Ability to provide prompt work updates and maintain clear communication.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work effectively in a remote environment.
