QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
PILING Solid Base - Solid Build
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets
- Manage subcontractor payments and cost control
- Handle interim valuations and final accounts
- Prepare variation claims and cost reports
- Liaise with site teams and clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- 3+ years experience in construction projects
- Proficient in MS Excel & QS software
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
