JOB TITLE: COMPUTER HARDWARE TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to drive sales, support customers and grow our business across multiple regions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- NVQ Level 3/4 in ICT or Computer Hardware
- Or certification from recognized institutes (NAITA, LAVTC, VTA, ESOFT, IDM, NIBM, etc.)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years experience in:
- PC assembly, upgrades & repairs
- Windows/Linux installation
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Printer & peripheral setup
- Basic networking (LAN/WiFi, routers, IP setup)
- Software installation, virus removal & data backup
SOFT SKILLS
- Good communication & customer handling
- Computer typing, MS Word & Excel knowledge
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES
- Experience with CCTV, networking, cabling, POS systems & printers
- Valid driving/riding license
- Customer service skills
