Executive – Finance & Administration

We are seeking a highly competent and dynamic individual to join our Finance division as Executive – Finance & Administration.

PROFILE:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or part/full qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CA
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure with minimal supervision
  • QuickBooks proficiency is a must

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bookkeeping and cash management
  • Preparation and updating of monthly accounts
  • Preparation and submission of tax returns and schedules (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
  • Liaising with banks, company secretaries, tax authorities, auditors, and IRD
  • Overseeing office administration and supporting daily operations
