Leadingway Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. is the Certified Business Partner for dormakaba in Sri Lanka, offering innovative access solutions.

We are seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGER to lead our Project Team in the dormakaba Division.

The successful candidate will manage projects, conduct training, schedule hardware, and ensure accurate drawings and specifications. The role also includes supporting the sales and marketing team by providing technical inputs for pricing, preparing proposals and bids, supervising site installations, assisting with after-sales issues, and educating team members on new products and technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee project execution.
• Conduct training sessions.
• Manage hardware scheduling.
• Review project drawings and specifications.
• Support sales and marketing with technical inputs and proposal preparation.
• Supervise installations and address after-sales issues.
• Educate team members on new products and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior or civil work.
• Minimum HND or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
