PROJECT MANAGER - CIVIL ENGINEERING (APARTMENTS)
EXPERTISE IN APARTMENTS
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Civil Engineering with proven expertise in apartments to lead our projects from planning to successful delivery. You will ensure quality construction, timely completion, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
8-12 years in civil engineering, including at least 3 years in a project management role for apartment projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all civil engineering activities for apartment projects on site and in the office
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure on-time completion
- Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and technical documents
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and building codes
- Supervise site operations and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project costs, resources, and procurement activities
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly met
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare reports and provide technical solutions to project challenges
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8-12 years of experience in apartment projects, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
- Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
- Registration with relevant professional body (IEng / CEng / MIE or equivalent) will be an added advantage
