Associate Branch Operations - Vavuniya

JOB PROFILE

  • Handle the branch recruitment process in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate sales staff registrations and nominations for IRCSL examinations.
  • Manage branch receipting activities accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing monthly review meetings and sales training programs.
  • Prepare accurate sales performance reports and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on medical pending and technical requirements to support smooth business operations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (written and verbal).
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in Insurance or Financial Services is an added advantage.
