Associate Branch Operations - Vavuniya

JOB PROFILE
- Handle the branch recruitment process in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate sales staff registrations and nominations for IRCSL examinations.
- Manage branch receipting activities accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in organizing monthly review meetings and sales training programs.
- Prepare accurate sales performance reports and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments on medical pending and technical requirements to support smooth business operations.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (written and verbal).
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in Insurance or Financial Services is an added advantage.
