Handle the branch recruitment process in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate sales staff registrations and nominations for IRCSL examinations.
Manage branch receipting activities accurately and efficiently.
Assist in organizing monthly review meetings and sales training programs.
Prepare accurate sales performance reports and related documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments on medical pending and technical requirements to support smooth business operations.

Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (written and verbal).
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
1-2 years' experience in Insurance or Financial Services is an added advantage.
