Associate Branch Operations - Galle

JOB PROFILE

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process of the branch in line with internal SLAs and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the timely nomination of sales staff for IRCSL examinations.
  • Manage the branch receipting requirements accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of monthly review meetings and sales training programs.
  • Prepare sales performance reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding medical pending and technical requirements.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (both written and verbal).
  • Diploma, Professional Qualification, or higher educational qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector will be an added advantage.
