SHIPPING EXECUTIVE
We are a leading tea export Company established in 1997 with an export market base spanning 35 countries. We seek the services of a dynamic and result-oriented individual with the following attributes to fill the above vacancy.
Key Requirements
- Be below 30 years in age.
- Passed GCE A/L examination with minimum 3 years experience in the field of Shipping or Import-Export.
- Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Tea trade and with relevant qualifications in the field of Logistics.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook are a must.
- A good knowledge of both written and spoken English.
- Exposure to ASYCUDA world will be an added advantage.
- Ideal candidate should be young and energetic and be willing to work long hours when required.
Job Profile
- Handle pre-shipment documents relating to Tea Board export procedures.
- AMS filing,online booking of Cargo and BL Instruction filing.
- Handle post-shipment documents for tea export shipments.
- Handle day to day activities of the Shipping Department effectively and assist the Head of the Department.
