We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for our Panagoda Factory.

Production Supervisor (Panagoda Factory)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and workforce.
• Ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor product quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with stores, maintenance, and quality departments.
• Prepare daily production reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
