We require a dynamic, result oriented, and highly motivated individual to be a part of the Spensonian family.

Executive - Supply Chain

The ideal candidate should possess a Degree/Diploma in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field from a recognized institute. A minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, is essential to perform this role. Strong communication (verbal and written), analytical and time management, and organizational skills are key attributes and competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating best terms for equipment and services required by the hotel properties
• Preparing and processing LOAs, and following up on pending orders and urgent requirements
• Identifying new suppliers, conducting market surveys, evaluating supplier performance, and maintaining professional relationships with pre-qualified suppliers
• Liaising with user departments of hotel properties, ensuring timely supply of operational items to hotels, and supporting urgent operational purchasing requirements
• Coordinating inter-departmental approvals and documentation
