LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST
We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions within the Health Care domain. If you enjoy improving business processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct system demonstrations and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create clear and detailed documentation for requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
- Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure requirement alignment.
- Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements and prepare technical documentation and develop workflow diagrams for solution design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proven documentation skills (technical documents, workflow guides)
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience handling third-party integrations and payment gateway-related requirements is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Experience in business process modelling
- Familiarity with UML and interpreting technical models
- Hands-on experience with Figma / AI tools for workflow diagrams, UI mock-ups, and animations
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps
