ADMIN EXECUTIVE

WE ARE HIRING! JOIN OUR TEAM! We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin Executive to support our daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
  • Maintain company records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries.
  • Assist in procurement and office supplies management.
  • Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company procedures.
  • Work closely with government institutions and regulatory bodies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Having a motorcycle and a valid riding license is an added advantage.
