ADMIN EXECUTIVE
WE ARE HIRING! JOIN OUR TEAM! We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin Executive to support our daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Maintain company records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries.
- Assist in procurement and office supplies management.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company procedures.
- Work closely with government institutions and regulatory bodies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Having a motorcycle and a valid riding license is an added advantage.
