IT Executive
Rayin Food Products (Pvt) Ltd is a leading food manufacturer in Sri Lanka with its production facility and head office in Kurunegala. The company operates three production plants producing a vast range of food products. The company supplies a large number of customers, including leading supermarket chains in the country. Its distribution arm covers many regions in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, networks, and computer systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Administer ERP systems, databases, and user accounts.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are implemented.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services.
- Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and inventory records.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and digital initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and system administration.
- Experience with ERP systems and database management will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and network security practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
