CUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE (GERMAN CALENDER – GERMAN SHIFT)

Freudenberg Apparel Lanka (Pvt) Ltd Is A Leading Interlining Supplier In Sri Lanka. We Are A Subsidiary Of The Freudenberg Group In Germany, A Billion-Dollar Global Technology Group With 175 Years Of Legacy. We Are Looking For Customer Service & Order Management Executives For Our Shared Services Center In Sri Lanka.

SUMMARY:

Responsible For Managing End-To-End Order Processing, Quotations, And Customer Operations Through SAP And CRM Systems. Ensures Timely Order Fulfillment, Efficient Logistics Coordination, And Proactive Customer Support While Collaborating Across Functions To Maintain Operational Accuracy And Service Excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Customer Opportunities, Quotations, And Sample Requests Via CRM, SAP, And Emails.
  • Process And Validate Sales Orders, Ensuring Timely Fulfillment And Shipment Coordination.
  • Monitor Inventory, Credit Limits, Invoices, And Handle Complex Orders (Triangular, Subcontracting).
  • Provide Pre- And Post-Sales Support Including Delivery Tracking, Documentation, And Customer Communication.
  • Collaborate Across Sales, SCM, Logistics, And Other Teams While Supporting Reporting And Process Improvements.
  • Coordinate Logistics Activities Including Shipping Methods, Documentation, Tracking, And Issue Resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Equal Qualification Related Field.
  • Proficiency In English Communication Is Essential

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum Of 4 Years Of Experience In Customer Service & Order Management.
  • Hands-On Experience In SAP Is Mandatory.
