HR & PAYROLL EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and offboarding processes
- Manage EPF/ETF registrations and statutory compliance
- Coordinate insurance updates and claim processing
- Support training and employee development activities
- Prepare HR reports and assist with HR administration
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information
- Provide HR support to employees and management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' HR experience including payroll and overall 5 years in the HR field
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Age below 35 years
- Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge
- HRIS/payroll system knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
