TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER
Join RSP as a Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to grow our Heavy Equipment and Transport Solutions portfolio, with focus on Deutz engines.
You will drive sales strategy, identify business opportunities, manage tenders and proposals, deliver solution-based technical sales and build strong client relationships across logistics, infrastructure, construction and port operations.
Key responsibilities include :
- Lead business development and market penetration strategies within the assigned sector
- Identify, evaluate and secure high-value business opportunities
- Provide technical advisory and solution-based selling tailored to client requirements
- Prepare and manage tenders, proposals and contract negotiations
- Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Consistently deliver on revenue targets and business objectives
What we are looking for :
- 3-5 years’ experience in technical sales (heavy equipment / commercial vehicles / industrial solutions)
- Strong knowledge of prime movers, transport systems & material handling equipment
- Proven B2B sales, key account & business development experience
- Strong negotiation, commercial & stakeholder management skills
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Candidates with prior sales and service experience on MTU / CAT / MAN / Cummins engines are preferred
