OPEN POSITIONS
INTERIOR DESIGNER
- Meet with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop design concepts, space plans, layouts, and interior styling proposals.
- Prepare interior design drawings such as layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed specifications.
- Monitor construction/fit-out progress to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings.
- Manage design-related documentation, revisions, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support procurement by preparing material lists and assisting with supplier coordination.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Contracts: Draft and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Measurement: Measure and assess work completed to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Negotiation: Negotiate costs and contracts with suppliers and contractors.
SALES EXECUTIVE
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
- All candidates must have prior experience in above respective fields desired.
- A valid driving license will be preferred.
- Candidates from Colombo & suburb areas preferred.
