JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Colombo. The Marketing Executive will manage and execute marketing strategies, plan and conduct market research, drive sales initiatives, and build strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include developing market plans, identifying new opportunities, strengthening brand positioning, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Market Planning and Market Research methods to analyze trends and develop successful strategies
- Strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present ideas, and build lasting relationships
- Proven track record in Sales and Marketing to drive business outcomes and meet targets
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage campaigns effectively
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is an added advantage
- Language Skills English, Sinhala Tamil (added advantage)
- Driving License (Added Advantage)
