Senior Executive – Digital Business
Location: Colombo 14
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily E-KYC operations, including video verification, NIC validation, and customer onboarding.
- Monitor self-sign-up applications and verify customer information against submitted documents.
- Promptly and accurately route any AML name matches or applications requiring secondary review to FD & Savings Operations for clearance and compliance processing.
- Handle mobile app disputes, reversals, and customer inquiries through multiple channels.
- Maintain verification records and prepare operational and performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, Finance related field, or an equivalent qualification for recognized university or institute (master’s degree is preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in banking operations or Digital Banking Services.
- Strong understanding of digital banking regulations, including e-KYC processes and digital signature compliance.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and the ability to proactively identify risks, multitask, and adapt to evolving digital workflows.
