BUSINESS MANAGER

What you will lead:

• Manage daily business operations and field teams.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare business reports and performance analysis.
• Achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Oversee staff training and operational efficiency.

What you will bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field from a recognised university.
• Proven experience in business management, sales, or operations.
• Experience in pest control, facility management, or related industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and meet targets.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
