CHIEF NURSING OFFICER (CNO)
Suwasevana Hospital is a pioneer in the private healthcare sector in the Central Province, equipped with the latest technology and operating under the umbrella of a leading conglomerate that includes APIIT, Commercial Credit, Ceymed & Ceyline.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team in the following position:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all nursing operations.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and quality initiatives.
- Support accreditation, compliance, and clinical governance.
Requirements
- BSc Nursing (Hons) or equivalent Nursing Degree.
- Valid registration with the Sri Lanka Nursing Council (SLNC).
- Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience with hospital accreditation standards (JCI, ACHSI, or equivalent).
- Female candidates and applicants below 45 years will have an added advantage.
