ASSISTANT MANAGER GOLD LOANS AUCTION

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch teams to identify overdue gold loan accounts and initiate recovery actions.
• Manage and execute the auction process for defaulted gold loan accounts in line with company policies.
• Ensure timely completion of auctions and recovery targets set by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in gold loan operations, recoveries, or auction handling in a financial institution.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications. (especially Excel for reporting)
• Strong knowledge of gold loan processes, valuation standards, and regulatory requirements.
