Production coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Coordinator. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a young professional to gain extensive exposure in both production Planning and manufacturing operations within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the integrated production and demand planning process to ensure smooth production operations and timely fulfilment of committed customer orders.
- Prepare job cards required for production, ensuring accurate capture of planning outputs, BOM details, and customer-specific order requirements.
- Prepare the daily finished goods delivery schedule and follow up on deliveries to ensure excellent customer service while maintaining On-Time-In-Full performance.
- Monitor finished goods inventory levels and allocate stocks against customer orders efficiently.
- Analyze raw material stock levels to ensure optimum inventory is maintained in line with customer demand patterns.
- Support the Production Planning Manager in achieving assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other operational commitments.
- Maintain production-related documentation in accordance with the Company’s SOPs and applicable compliance standards.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Update and maintain production-related information in the ERP system accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or an equivalent professional qualification in Production Planning, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field (full or part qualification).
- Good computer literacy with sound knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems, particularly production/operational and inventory management functions.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
