Landscape Architect
Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of a Landscape Architect to gear itself in planning, designing and sustainable development of external spaces, while coordinating with stakeholders and conducting site assessments.
Job Profile
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and designing plans, and overseeing the creation, regeneration, and development of a range of external spaces of the project.
- Responsible for site surveyance, writing and analyzing reports, client liaison and drawing up contracts.
- Working collaboratively with other architects, planners, engineers.
- Responsible for providing recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues while carrying out environmental impact assessments.
Personal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Environmental Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or external environment planning and development.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience in designing and managing large-scale development or real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, environmental sustainability, and conservation practices.
- Understanding of environmental impact assessment processes and relevant regulatory requirements.
