Admin Executive (Logistics/Maintenance Management)
Whom we are looking for:
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in administration, operations support, office coordination, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in handling procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operational support activities.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of stationery, pantry items, cleaning supplies, and other office consumables.
- Coordinate the procurement of office supplies and operational requirements.
- Arrange daily employee transportation and other logistical requirements as requested.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Preparing ad hoc reports, presentations, and operational summaries.
- Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
- Monitor office facilities and escalate issues for resolution.
- Assist with employee onboarding logistics and operational arrangements.
- Maintain proper filing systems and administrative records.
- Support company events, meetings, and operational projects as required.
- Perform any other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
