Quantity Surveyor & Site Supervisor (Kurunegala / Gampaha)
Overview
We are looking for a Talented and dedicated Quantity Surveyor & Site Supervisor to join our team
Requirements
- Should have strong analytical skills, particularly in bidding rates and subcontractor rates.
- Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and construction methods.
- Familiar with plumbing, electrical, and A/C systems.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets, conducting quantity take-offs and on-site measurements, and preparing and submitting variations and claims
- Possesses the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, visit sites weekly, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Able to join immediately.
Qualifications
- Building construction with a minimum of 2 years of experience with BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, or a minimum of 5 years of experience with NVQ Level 04 in Quantity Surveying in the building construction and land development sector in real estate.
- The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in a similar role, along with sound knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates should be between the ages of 28 – 35.
- Candidates living close to Gampaha / Nittambuwa & Kurunegala area are preferred
