Junior System Administrator

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior System Administrator to join our IT team. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who is passionate about technology and eager to grow in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Requirements

• Technical Skills
  • Work experience in managing Active Directory and related services (GPO, DNS, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional certifications will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 10, Windows 11 and Linux
  • Knowledge of cloud services including SaaS and email platforms
• Soft Skills
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Capable of troubleshooting user issues, escalating complex problems and suggesting improvements to system operations

Experience & Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year's experience in similar role
• Preferred age range: 22-28 years
