Junior Executive - Production (Seethawaka/Biyagama/Katunayake)

Lalan Group is a diversified conglomerate with expertise in over 12 sectors and has been in operation since 1940. Lalan has an extensive global network encompassing pan-industry interests in rubber, tea and other plantation crops, reforestry, renewable energy, manufacturing and service industries, engineering and the leisure sector.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated team players to join our Production team as Junior Executive – Production.

Job Profile

• Allocation of the operations of production plant & after process as per the production plan according to shipment schedules
• Identification of defects and take required actions with reference to trouble shooting guidelines
• Checking and signing off process documents, materials, semi-finished goods movement reports
• Coordinating with the other departments in the supply chain ‘for process related matters
• Labour handling
• Maintaining & updating records according to the ISO system

Requirements

• NDT preferably in Polymer Science.
• Fair oral & written communication skills in English
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
• Possess at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Age limit should be between 25 – 35 years
• Ability to work long hours on shift basis
