SERVICE ATTENDANT
FOOD & BEVERAGE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Attendant, Food & Beverage to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Set up tables and prepare the outlet for service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages in line with service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
- Process billing and handle payments accurately
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service or a similar hospitality role
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
