Lead International Growth For A Sri Lankan Global Brand

Orel Corporation is seeking a highly talented, strategic, and results-driven Vice President – Global Business to lead our global business expansion and strengthen our presence across international markets. Orel Corporation is a Sri Lankan multinational with a growing global footprint across multiple continents, offering electrical, lighting, cable, industrial, energy, and technology-related solutions. The company is recognized as a global brand with operations and market presence across many countries, supported by a strong product portfolio and manufacturing capability.

THE ROLE:

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving international business growth, expanding export markets, developing global partnerships, strengthening distributor networks, and representing Orel Corporation in international business opportunities.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience in global business, exports, international sales, or market expansion
• Strong ability to identify and develop new overseas business opportunities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Sound knowledge of distributor management and international trade
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
• Experience in electrical, lighting, industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors will be an added advantage

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA or Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in global business, exports, international sales, or business development
• Proven experience in senior leadership or strategic business development roles
• Strong track record in expanding international markets and achieving export revenue growth
• Excellent knowledge of distributor management, global trade practices, and international market development
• Strong negotiation, communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
