As we continue to expand our footprint and drive innovation, we are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and dynamic Chemist to join our Research & Development team and help shape the future of beauty care.
Your Mission:
- Lead the formulation and development of cutting-edge skincare, haircare, and other personal care cosmetic products.
- Conduct rigorous laboratory experiments, stability testing, and performance evaluations to ensure product efficacy and shelf-life.
- Actively research raw materials, emerging technologies, and global industry trends to support continuous product innovation.
- Assist in troubleshooting formulation challenges, scaling up batches, and optimizing existing product performance.
- Ensure all formulations and processes strictly comply with regulatory guidelines and company quality standards.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, prepare and systematically organize lab samples, and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Partner closely with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams throughout the product development lifecycle to bring concepts to reality.
Are You the One?
- B.Sc. degree or diploma in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- A qualification in Cosmetic Science from CINEC will be considered an added advantage.
- Proven experience in formulation and product development within the cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (experience in hair and skincare is a distinct advantage).
- Strong understanding of raw materials, surfactant chemistry, and emulsion stability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
