Job brief
We are seeking a dedicated CCTV Technician who will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting CCTV and security systems efficiently. The selected candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and capable of handling site work across Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair CCTV system issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project completion.
- Handle wiring, networking, and system testing for CCTV installations.
- Maintain proper records of installations and service reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of installed systems.
- Travel to company showrooms located across Sri Lanka for CCTV installation and maintenance work.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Successful completion of A/Ls or relevant Technical/Vocational qualifications.
- Previous experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of networking, electrical wiring, and security systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle field visits across Sri Lanka.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and energetic personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of related software applications will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid riding/driving license is mandatory.
