BRANCH OPERATIONS OFFICER

CORPORATE BRANCH

THE PROFILE

  • Assist all Customers who walk in to the branch premises and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Managing all operational functions at the branch.
  • Manage the administration of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
  • Improve operational efficiency and productivity and achieving standards set by the organization at the branch audits.
  • Adhering to Central Bank of Sri Lanka / regulatory guidelines.

THE PERSON

  • 02-03 years' experience in a similar role / capacity.
  • A diploma/ degree in business administration will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in CBSL guidelines will add value.
  • Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making ability.
