BRANCH OPERATIONS OFFICER
CORPORATE BRANCH
THE PROFILE
- Assist all Customers who walk in to the branch premises and maintain high customer service standards.
- Managing all operational functions at the branch.
- Manage the administration of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity and achieving standards set by the organization at the branch audits.
- Adhering to Central Bank of Sri Lanka / regulatory guidelines.
THE PERSON
- 02-03 years' experience in a similar role / capacity.
- A diploma/ degree in business administration will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in CBSL guidelines will add value.
- Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making ability.
