Staff Assistant Grade II (Receipt Review Officer)

Responsibilities

n
    n
  • Monitor the supporting documents captured through receipt issued & document monitoring report
  • n
  • Monitor the supporting documents captured through over payment settlement monitoring report
  • n
  • Regular review and verify supporting documents submitted for receipts
  • n
  • Ensure receipts issuances comply with the requirements of the policies and circulars issued by the Finance department
  • n
  • Identify duplicate, altered, fraudulent, or suspicious receipts and escalate for further investigation
  • n
  • Check the authenticity, completeness, and accuracy of receipts.
  • n
  • Maintain accurate records of reviewed receipts
  • n
  • Liaise with service providers and review outcomes
  • n
  • Prepare review reports and submission for management review
  • n
  • Handle / attend special assignments/ projects assigned by the Management / Supervisors as per the timely requirement of the organization.
  • n
  • Any other specific duties and responsibilities entrusted by the Management / Supervisors.

Applicants should possess the following

n
    n
  • G.C.E (O/L) with Credit passes for Mathematics and English & G.C.E (A/L) with three passes
  • n
  • Part qualification in the relevant field of Accounting/ Finance —CA Sri Lanka/ CIMA (UK)/ ACCA (UK) will be an added advantage.
  • n
  • Versatile knowledge in MS Office packages.
  • n
  • Preferred 1 years’ experience in finance /accounting covering above areas
  • n
  • Good communication skills.
  • n
  • Be a good Team Player with an ability to coordinate with Staff and work independently.
  • n
  • Ability of completing the task at a given time period.
  • n
  • Be pleasant and should be with a positive attitude.
  • n
