REQUIREMENTS
- Possessing excellent communication skills in English / Sinhala is a must
- Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be a pleasing personality and be able to work independently and in team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
- Follow up on customer requests and complaints
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
- Achieve service quality and performance targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
