Your Role
- Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues or escalate them when necessary.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide software installations, updates, and system maintenance activities.
- Assist in monitoring network and system performance.
- Provide support during employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Your Profile
- Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute.
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.
- Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Administration will be an added advantage.
- Experience with IT asset management.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Valid Motorbike license is required
