AREA SALES MANAGER

Bellose Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a premier cosmetics and hair care manufacturing company dedicated to delivering professional-grade products that empower salon professionals and consumers alike. As we expand our footprint across the island, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and highly strategic Area Sales Manager to lead our regional sales operations.

Your Mission :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional volume and revenue targets.
  • Supervise, mentor, and track the day to day performance of Sales Executives and representatives using clear, KPI-based metrics.
  • Maintain robust relationships with regional distributors, ensuring optimal inventory levels, efficient logistics, and timely credit control/collections.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing shifts to provide actionable feedback to top management.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with key salon accounts, academies, and retail partners within the assigned territory.

Are You the One? :

  • A Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a professional qualification (such as CIM or SLIM).
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the Cosmetics, FMCG, or Salon Care sectors.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing sales targets and numeric KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
