Director Culinary

We are looking for a professional Director Culinary to be responsible for managing all Kitchen operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience.

The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all Kitchen orders, staff, and finance. The goal is to maximize Sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

  • Minimum three (03) years work experience in similar capacity in star class hotels.
  • Working closely with the Director General Manager and Director F & B to plan and implement strategies to achieve target revenues.
  • Clearly describe, assign and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various Kitchen sub departments, e.g. Indian Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, Hot Kitchen, Banquets, Kitchen stewards, etc.
  • Strong background in menu development, food cost management, quality control and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Proven expertise in managing kitchen operations, leading teams and upholding high culinary standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of international cuisines, modern culinary techniques, and current food trends.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
