Job Title: Assistant Manager (Sales) Modern Trade / HORECA
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade outlets and key account customers.
- Drive sales growth by implementing strategic marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activity, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in retail stores.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in modern trade sales ( FMCG experience preferred)
- A diploma/degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is an additional advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Possession of a valid riding license.
