Ceylon Cashew Marketing Pvt Ltd, the brand owner of Cashew Talks, is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager (Sales) Modern Trade / HORECA to join our growing team. If you have experience in FMCG sales, strong retail network connections, and a passion for building brands in modern retail channels, experience in Marketing field we'd love to hear from you!

Job Title: Assistant Manager (Sales) Modern Trade / HORECA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade outlets and key account customers.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing strategic marketing and promotional activities.
  • Monitor competitor activity, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in retail stores.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in modern trade sales ( FMCG experience preferred)
  • A diploma/degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is an additional advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Possession of a valid riding license.
