Senior Executive-Sales Administration/ Secretarial

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage company social media communications/ replies
  • Attend all internal / external communications of the company
  • Liaise with existing/ potential customers
  • Manage all E- Commerce platforms

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Administration, Sales Coordination, or Secretarial work.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  • Good knowledge of social media management and customer handling.
  • Experience in managing E-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
